Cottage with Spacious Garden, 15 Minutes by Car from Gallipoli

Charming and well-maintained cottage with a spacious garden, located just 15 minutes by car from Gallipoli. The house is set within a fenced and carefully maintained property, which also includes a main residence. The holiday home is well separated from the main house to ensure full privacy.

Guests can access the cottage independently through a dedicated gate and enjoy the outdoor areas surrounded by greenery, including a barbecue area and an outdoor shower.

The holiday home features double air conditioning and mosquito nets. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a loft bed, a fully equipped kitchen-living room, and a bathroom with a shower.
Additional amenities include free on-site parking, a washing machine, TV, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and microwave.

Small dogs are allowed upon request.

Please note that there is a small, well-kept vegetable garden in the garden area.

Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for an additional fee. A welcome kit with essential items (soap, toilet paper, and bottled water) is provided upon arrival.

On request: a self-service breakfast package can be arranged (everything you need for the perfect breakfast, directly in your holiday home), available at a daily cost per person.

For check-in and check-out outside of the indicated hours, upon guest request and subject to acceptance, the following extra fees apply:

For check-in between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM: €30.00

For check-in between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM: €50.00

For check-in between 12:00 AM and 7:00 AM: €100.00

For early check-out, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM: €30.00
