Villa Carrisi is a wonderful villa with swimming pool, newly built, capable of guaranteeing a completely relaxing stay without giving up any comfort, in a strategic position to reach all the most sought after destinations in Salento, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 6 people.
Located on the outskirts of Parabita, a small town of around 10,000 inhabitants characterized by a delightful historic center at the foot of the Angevin Castle with restaurants, bars for aperitifs and live music, it is just 9 km from the white beaches of Gallipoli.
Villa Carrisi, in addition to the beautiful outdoor spaces equipped to fully enjoy the outdoor holiday, has refined and welcoming interior spaces, characterized by large spaces, quality design and craftsmanship elements and comfortable and prestigious furnishings. The living area consists of a very large living room with a window overlooking the pool, furnished with a relaxation corner, sofa, fireplace and TV, next to the fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower cubicle.
The sleeping area is provided by two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom and a bathroom with hydromassage tub. To complete the villa there is also a veranda overlooking the swimming pool furnished with garden furniture and a wood-burning barbecue and one on the front of the house. The large outdoor area characterized by a wonderful swimming pool is accompanied by relaxation areas with deckchairs and sofas and an additional bathroom without bidet serving the latter.
Inside the Villa nothing is left to chance, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
It also has air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, parking space and wifi.

First supply of sheets and towels included in the price, further supplies available with extra charge.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €100.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 200.00.
For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €50.00 is required
