Comfortable villa in Torre San Giovanni di Ugento, just a short walk from the sandy beaches (easily reachable on foot), located in the Lidi area.

The property is divided into two adjacent twin units, each featuring:

Two fully equipped kitchens
Two bathrooms
Four bedrooms: two with double beds and two with bunk beds, plus an additional single bed available.
The outdoor area offers a shaded relaxation space with table and chairs, ample natural surroundings, and private parking. The beaches are accessible either on foot or in just a one-minute drive.

Check-in hours: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-out hours: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

For check-ins or check-outs outside the indicated hours, upon prior request and approval, the following additional fees apply:

Check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: €30
Check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: €50
Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: €100
Early check-outs, upon request and approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM: €30
Please note:

Bed linens and bathroom sets are not included in the rental cost but can be reserved with sufficient notice.
Pets are not allowed.
