Maria Suite with Jacuzzi and sea view

This first-floor suite features a hot tub and sea view. It includes a kitchen with a sofa bed, an air-conditioned double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs and a relaxation area with a partial sea view.

On the ground floor, there is a two-room apartment with a private entrance. This can be booked, for an additional fee and subject to availability, for a larger group of guests wishing to rent a property for eight guests (e.g., two families).

A private outdoor parking area for two cars is available.

Further pets are welcome; a €30 sanitization fee applies.

Additional fees apply for the 3rd and 4th guests.

Sheets and towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.

Essentials: water, toilet paper, and hand soap are included.

Cleaning products, a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi are available for guests.

Check-in time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the indicated hours, upon guest's request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:
- for check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required;
- for check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00 is required;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00 is required.
For early check-outs, upon guest's request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
