On the first floor, a bright open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, cooking corner, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV, and sofa bed
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a French bed (one and a half size), and a complete bathroom with shower box and hairdryer
Each room is air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort
The upper floor, for exclusive use, also features a hot tub for moments of total relaxation

On the ground floor, an independent unit offers a spacious triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen with cooking corner, coffee machine, TV, and a full bathroom with shower box

A washing machine and entrance gate are shared between the two floors and available for guest use
Wi-Fi is included

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented for an additional fee per person

Small four-legged friends are welcome, with a €30 surcharge for accommodation sanitization

Check-in hours: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out hours: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of these hours, upon guest request and subject to approval, an extra fee applies:
– Check-in after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM: €30 surcharge
– Check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: €50 surcharge
– Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: €100 surcharge

For early check-outs, upon request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, a €30 surcharge applies
