Ancient structure of the early twentieth century located in Taviano in the central area on the first floor of a historic building, on Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, and a few minutes away from its beautiful marina; it is also located about 10 minutes by car from both Gallipoli center and its beaches. The structure is composed as follows: large living room with double sofa bed, two double bedrooms, one of which with a mezzanine that accommodates an additional single bed, two bathrooms, ideal for a total of 7 beds. Recommended for families and groups of friends who love the tranquility of the typical villages, as it can be reached easily and on foot: restaurants, playground for children, night clubs and much more.

Sheets and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance.

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the customer's request and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
