An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a double bedroom. From the upper floor, you can access the outdoor veranda directly, enjoying a private outdoor space. The staircase area is private and reserved exclusively for guests, who can use it freely.
The house has a total of two fully equipped bathrooms, one of which includes a bathtub. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, except for one ground-floor bedroom; however, thanks to the air conditioning in the living room, this room remains comfortable, and a fan is also provided.
Outside, there is a terrace equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, perfect for relaxing. The property also includes a free parking space in front of the house, a valuable feature for the area.
