Villetta Claudia, located in the Marina di Mancaversa, is just 800 meters from the natural sandy coves, one of the most renowned "Spiaggia dei Cavalli" still free that characterize the coast of the marina and a short distance from the white beaches of "Lido Pizzo", " Punta della swine" and "Cotriero".
The house consists of a large living room with kitchenette with TV and sofa bed, an air-conditioned double bedroom, an air-conditioned double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with a comfortable shower cubicle in the room, a bathroom with shower.
Villetta Claudia has a covered and furnished outdoor space and every comfort, washing machine and parking space;
it will be easy to reach the free beaches (just 800 meters away) and also the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (a few minutes by car or bike).
Any commercial establishment in the marina is very close to the apartment: bars, newsagent, bus stop, petrol station, typical restaurants and more.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
