This holiday home is just a few meters from the beach of Torre Mozza and is ideal for a vacation filled with sea, sun, and relaxation.

The house features a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and kitchenette; one double bedroom, one twin room with bunk beds, a bathroom with shower, and an outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining in the shade, along with an outdoor shower.

Access is through a private gate, and the property is fully fenced.
The nearest beach—both free and equipped—is just a few steps away on foot. The area is well-known for its beautiful beaches, crystal-clear waters, fine sandy shore, and beachside dining offered by local beachfront restaurants.

The village consists of low houses and holiday villas, with small shops for daily needs and excellent beach bars and eateries. In nearby Torre San Giovanni, which shares the same coastline with Torre Mozza, you can enjoy lively nightlife and evening events.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated hours (upon guest request and subject to approval), an additional fee applies:

Check-in between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 extra

Check-in between 10:00 PM and midnight: €50 extra

Check-in between midnight and 7:00 AM: €100 extra

Early check-out between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM: €30 extra
