This spacious and bright villa in Marina di Posto Rosso, 4 km from the beaches of Lido Pazze and just 2 km from I Diavoli, is a short distance from the sea.

The main house, with a completely independent entrance, is located at the back of the property.

The property features a welcoming air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, planetary mixer, and everything you need to prepare meals in complete comfort.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms, including two triple bedrooms and one double bedroom, and a full bathroom with shower.

Guests have access to fans, a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, three outdoor showers, two of which have hot water, ideal for relaxing after a swim in the pool or returning from the beach, and a built-in barbecue, ideal for pleasant outdoor grilling.

The price of your stay includes the first set of sheets and towels, water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi.

Check-in time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the indicated times, upon guest's request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:
- for check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required;
- for check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00 is required;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, €100.00 is required.

For early check-outs, upon guest's request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
