Villetta Massi

Massi Villa is located in the peaceful area of Capilungo, along the Ionian coast of Salento, just south of Gallipoli. This location is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and accessible low cliffs, perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday.

Massi Villa is an oasis of comfort and tranquility. It has three cozy bedrooms: two double rooms and one with two single beds, along with an additional bed in a hallway, comfortably accommodating up to seven guests. Each room is tastefully furnished and equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The bathroom is well-equipped, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary utensils. A washing machine is available, making it easy for guests to handle laundry during their stay.

Outside, a spacious, well-equipped garden offers an ideal space to relax outdoors and enjoy pleasant moments together. An outdoor stone oven allows for barbecues and al fresco dining. A fenced-in area of 7 by 3 meters, equipped with a small shelter, is dedicated to pets, providing shade and security for them. The villa also has a convenient parking space, essential for exploring the surrounding attractions. The sea is only 600 meters away, making it easy for guests to reach the low coast and enjoy sunny days by the crystal-clear waters.

Bed linens and bath towels are not included in the rental price but can be reserved in advance.

Upon request/reservation, a self-catering breakfast service is available (everything you need for a perfect breakfast directly in your holiday home!) at a daily cost per person.

Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of these hours, an additional fee applies, subject to prior request and approval:

For check-ins from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00;
For check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, an extra fee of €50.00;
For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00.
For early check-outs, an extra fee of €30.00 applies for departures between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, upon request and prior approval.
