Villetta Le Ghiande

Villetta le Ghiande, located in the Marina di Mancaversa, is just 50 meters from the still free natural sandy coves that characterize the coast of the marina and a short distance from the white beaches of "Lido Pizzo", "Punta della Sina" and "Cotriero".
Villetta Le Ghiande consists of:
a living room with TV;
an independent kitchenette;
an air-conditioned double bedroom;
an air-conditioned double/quadruple bedroom;
a bathroom with comfortable shower cubicle.
Villetta Le Ghiande also has large outdoor spaces both on the front and back furnished with garden furniture, with shower, sink and barbecue and parking space. It also has every comfort, washing machine and wi-fi.
The villa made available is semi-detached, in fact adjacent there is a part of the villa rented separately, with independent entrance and its own spaces.
A self-managed breakfast service with packaged products is provided, with the addition of a small extra; breakfast includes: milk, coffee, barley, tea, biscuits, cereals, snacks
Camping cot available for a small supplement of €35 per stay.
Welcome little 4-legged friends. A small supplement of €30 is required for the sanitization of the accommodation.

Sheets and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance and with an extra supplement.

Check out time: from 8 to 10

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
