Villetta Girasole

Villetta Girasole is located just 100 meters from the sea and from the beautiful Capilungo promenade, in Salento, between Torre San Giovanni and Gallipoli, in an area that is perfect for relaxation or outdoor sports.

The property features a large garden with a double veranda and is fully fenced.

It consists of three bedrooms: two double rooms with air conditioning and television, and one twin room. To ensure maximum comfort throughout the house, there is also an additional air conditioner in the hallway.

There are two bathrooms available: one indoor bathroom with shower box and bidet, and one outdoor bathroom, practical after a day at the beach, without a shower box.

The indoor kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, refrigerator, and television. There is also an outdoor kitchen with an oven, ideal for enjoying meals in the open air.

At the back of the house, guests can enjoy a barbecue area and a traditional fireplace, perfect for grilling.

A washing machine is also available for guests’ use.

Private parking is available on site.

Bed linen and towels are included in the stay.

Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins or check-outs outside the indicated hours, available upon request and subject to approval, the following additional fees apply:
– Check-in from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM: €30.00
– Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €50.00
– Check-in from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM: €100.00

Early check-out upon request and approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM: €30.00
