Villa in Torre Suda, just 800 meters from the sea, with a private entrance.
The main house is also located on the property; the owners' dog lives exclusively in its own enclosure, in a separate space, with no access to the guest areas.

The house has two bedrooms: a double bedroom located inside a characteristic trullo and a twin bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a shower.
Outside, there are comfortable sofas, ideal for relaxing on summer evenings.

All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets. Air conditioning is available in the living room and twin bedroom; the trullo does not have air conditioning, but a fan is available.

Private parking is available on the property.

A hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and an outdoor shower are available for guests.

Further pets are welcome for a small fee.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental cost; they can be booked well in advance and for an additional fee.

Check-in time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the specified times, upon guest's request and prior approval, an additional fee is required:
- for check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM, an additional fee of €30.00 is required;
- for check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an additional fee of €50.00 is required;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an additional fee of €100.00 is required.

For early check-outs, upon guest's request and prior approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an additional fee of €30.00 is required
