The sleeping area includes 3 bedrooms: one triple, one double, and one single, plus a comfortable sofa bed. Two bathrooms: one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Washing machine, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in every room.

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated times, upon request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: €30.00 extra

For check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €50.00 extra

For check-ins from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM: €100.00 extra

For early check-outs, upon request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an additional fee of €30.00 is required.
