Villa Goccia is a refined luxury villa with a private pool in Lecce.
Located in a quiet residential area just minutes from the historic center.

The living room features large windows overlooking the garden and a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all air-conditioned, as well as a bathroom with shower.
The garden surrounds the villa with a 40-square-meter swimming pool with a solarium, sun loungers and umbrellas, an outdoor dining area with barbecue, a ping-pong table, a fitness area, and private parking.

Guests have access to a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine, dishwasher, and free Wi-Fi.

The first set of bed linens, towels, and pool towels is included in the price.


Check-in time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

For check-in and check-out outside of the specified hours, upon guest request and prior approval, additional charges apply, as follows:
Check-in after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM: extra charge of €30.00.
Check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: extra charge of €50.00.
Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: extra charge of €100.00.
Early check-in and early check-out are available upon request and cost €30.00 from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
