Comfortable and spacious villa by the sea in Torre Suda, 1.2 km from the center, with a small swimming pool for couples and a large fenced garden; it is located about 1 km from the sea, characterized by low cliffs that are easy to access.
The structure consists of: kitchen; three bedrooms, specifically two doubles, one of which is inserted in a trullo and a triple with a double bed and a single bed; living room; two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub; large outdoor area equipped with garden and relaxation areas, small swimming pool obtained from an ancient rural cistern, ideal for a couple.
Pets are accepted (there is a small fee for sanitizing the accommodation for the presence of animals).
Recommended for families and groups of young people. The first sandy beaches are only 5 km away, those of Torre San Giovanni and 6.5 km, those of Gallipoli.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
