Villa Geraldina with swimming pool

Torre Suda is a marina near Gallipoli and 50 km from Lecce. The house Geraldina is located in an ideal position to reach both Gallipoli to the north and Torre San Giovanni and Santa Maria di Leuca further south.
The house consists of two double bedrooms, a full bathroom with tub, shower and whirlpool, kitchen complete with all the necessary utensils to prepare meals, living room with sitting area and two sofa beds; all rooms are equipped with color TV. Small 4-legged friends are welcome (a supplement of € 30 is required for the sanitization of the house).
The villa has a large outdoor area equipped with barbecue, table, chairs, sitting areas and deck chairs where you can enjoy excellent lunches or dinners outdoors overlooking the pool; the swimming pool is the plus that makes the villa unforgettable.

The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
First supply of bed linen included, change on request with extra supplement; air conditioning included

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
