Nice apartment located in Marina di Torre Suda, 400 m from the sea and only 11 km from the beaches of Gallipoli at "Baia Verde".
The apartment, finely furnished, consists of a large living room with air conditioning, double sofa bed and kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with double bed and air conditioning and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. All bedrooms have mosquito nets.
The apartment has an equipped outdoor area at the back and free parking on the street near the entrance.
The apartment is about 300m from the center and all the primary services of Torre Suda including ATM, grill, bar, newsstand, market.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
Bed linen at a cost of € 10.00 per person; bathroom linen at a cost of € 10.00 per set. To be booked well in advance.
Pets allowed at a cost of € 30.00 for extraordinary sanitation to be communicated at the time of booking.

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-ins, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
