Emma's Villa facing the sea with swimming pool

Comfortable villa with sea front, in Torre Suda, just 50 meters from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access and a beach with all services (Solatio).
The villa is composed as follows: on the mezzanine floor the central body has a large living room overlooking the sea with a double sofa bed adjacent to the eat-in kitchen overlooking the sea, a sleeping area consisting of a single bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with a second folding bed, two complete bathrooms, veranda with relaxation areas overlooking the sea.
On the ground floor there is another accommodation composed as follows: sleeping area with double bed and single bed ideal for three beds, a third bathroom and a kitchenette.
The structure is also equipped with large outdoor spaces, with equipped verandas, tubular swimming pool with umbrella and relaxation areas in the sea view area, reserved parking space in the garage.
From the structure you can easily reach the center of the town on foot, which is very lively, animated by events, festivals, musical evenings and various clubs and meeting places overlooking the sea; in 10 minutes by car and/or bus Gallipoli and its beaches. Small pets are accepted (there is a small supplement for sanitizing the accommodation due to the presence of animals). Recommended for couples and families. The first sandy beach, in Mancaversa, is only 4 km away, while the first sandy beach of Gallipoli "Punta Pizzo" is only 5 km away.

Consumption of electricity, water, gas, climate, first supply of sheets, towels and essentials (soap, water and toilet paper).
With the addition of an extra supplement it is possible to book the breakfast service (croissant/pasticciotto + coffee/cappuccino + juice €4.00 PER PERSON PER DAY).

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
