Comfortable villa in Torre San Giovanni (Marina di Ugento) between the center and the sandy beach with equipped patio and two bathrooms; the Villa consists of two double bedrooms, one with an exclusive en-suite bathroom, living room with double sofa bed and single sofa bed, kitchen with kitchenette and living area, second bathroom with tub, fenced outdoor area with garden and equipped patio , for outdoor lunches and dinners. The villa is part of a complex where there is also a two-room apartment (on the first floor, available for renting an additional 4 beds, not included in the villa rate) and a master studio apartment. Outdoor shower and washing machine can be used by holidaymakers who occupy the villa or the two-room apartment, in the common area. The villa is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioners.
The first sandy beach of Torre San Giovanni is about 400 meters away and nearby you can find bars, tobacconists, supermarkets and everything you might need for a peaceful and fun holiday. Internal car parking. Recommended solution for families and groups of friends, even with 4-legged friends in tow (there is a small supplement for sanitizing the accommodation due to the presence of animals).

Sheets and towels not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance and with an extra supplement.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.
For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
