The property consists of two adjacent twin units, with a kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a bunk bed and an additional bed in a cot. Externally it has an al fresco relaxation area with table and chairs, large spaces in nature and a parking space. The beaches can be reached either on foot or in just a minute by car.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
