Nice two-room apartment in Torre San Giovanni on the first floor, in the context of a villa, composed of an air-conditioned double bedroom and a small living room with sofa bed, adjacent gazebo, closed by windows and with curtains, equipped with kitchenette and sofa, bathroom with shower, large equipped outdoor area, where you can enjoy lunches and dinners outdoors and in the shade. In the context of the first floor there is also a master studio apartment (not included). On the ground floor you can use, in common with the house, an external shower and washing machine. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning in the bedroom, as well as a ceiling fan in the gazebo area with kitchenette.
The sandy beach of Torre San Giovanni is about 400 meters away and nearby you can find bars, tobacconists, supermarkets and everything you might need for your holiday. Car parking. Recommended solution for families and groups of friends, even with 4-legged friends in tow (a small fee of €30 is expected for sanitizing the accommodation due to the presence of animals).

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required

Sheets and towels not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance and with an extra supplement.
