The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils and a refrigerator, ideal for preparing delicious local recipes. The accommodation also has air conditioning in the corridor, color TV and washing machine on the external veranda.
The double bedroom is comfortable, while the bedroom with bunk beds is perfect for hosting children or friends. The bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Outside, on the veranda, there is a table with chairs and a parasol for enjoying al fresco dining and relaxing in the fresh air. The apartment is located a few steps from the crystal clear sea and the wonderful beaches of Torre Pali, about 800 meters, in a quiet area, 500 meters from the center.

The consumption of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to a reasonable limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on site, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm, an extra cost of €30.00;
- for check-ins from 10.00 pm to 12.00 am an extra cost of 50.00 euros;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
