Holiday house in Racale

In the town of Racale, a few kilometers from the sea and the beaches of Gallipoli, there is a lovely, finely furnished holiday home.

The two-room apartment, ideal for 4 people, is located a few steps from the main square of the town where there are all the primary services including restaurants, bars, tobacconists and markets.
The two-room apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed with climate control, double bedroom with climate control, complete bathroom with shower, large outdoor area equipped with garden furniture.
Racale extends into its "marina" of Torre Sud, 4 km away, where the sea is characterized by low cliffs and clear and crystalline water, a beautiful promenade by the sea with facilities for sportsmen, and a beautiful square overlooking the sea with summer services. The beaches of Gallipoli are easily reachable just 10 km away.

The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

Sheets (including mattress covers) and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance. (€ 10.00 per person -> optional bed set / € 10.00 per person -> optional bathroom set per week)

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-ins, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
