Apartment Anna, in Porto Cesareo, in the center, is located 100 meters from the sea, characterized by low cliffs with easy access, in front of the rabbit island and near the well-known Mykonos bar, location with breathtaking views, where you can enjoy delicious aperitifs at sunset. The first sandy beach can be reached at 500 meters, followed by a long coastline with equipped beaches, with fine white sand.

The accommodation is on the first floor of a fenced villa, with 2 parking spaces in the garden.
The apartment is accessed via an external staircase that reaches the large veranda equipped with table and chairs. Internally it is composed of a large air-conditioned living room where there is a pull-out bed that becomes a double, furnished with dining table and sofas, kitchen complete with all necessary utensils, 3 bedrooms, one triple and two doubles, 2 complete bathrooms with shower. There are ceiling fans and mosquito nets in all rooms.
The city center of Porto Cesareo, with amusement park, restaurants and marina, can be reached with a walk of just 5 minutes on foot.
The apartment is the ideal solution to spend carefree days with friends and family, in the beautiful location of Porto Cesareo.
Climate place in the hallway. The consumption of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

Sheets and bathroom sets are not included, which can be booked for a small additional cost.
Small 4-legged friends are welcome with a supplement for the sanitization of the apartment.
Check-in time: from 5pm to 8pm

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
