Nice two-room apartment a stone's throw from the sea, at the "Posto Rosso" marina, a part of the coastal road adjacent to Torre San Giovanni; the apartment is just 50 meters from the sea, at a low cliff and easy to access, with a romantic walk with a walkway on the cliff, which connects to a path of about 4 km on the sea suitable for walks and sport. The area is very close to Torre San Giovanni, a town famous for its fine sandy beaches and summer vitality, whose first beach is 1.5 km away (Lido Pazze), while the center is 2.5 km away.
The accommodation is equipped with TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets. Another apartemnt, totally alike, is adjacent to Stella's apartment and shares the outdoor space with it; it is possibile to book both the apartments, provided both are available.
Just 300 meters away is the marina square, with a bar, children's play area, often home to entertainment and summer events. Market and restaurant 500 meters. Ideal intimate location, for those who love tranquility, the uncrowded sea, snorkeling, the seabed to explore; at 800 meters the beautiful cliff "of the devils" is recommended for diving and the transparent blue seabed, with cold spring water. The beaches, for those who are more inclined to sand and sunbeds, are still a few minutes away by car.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
