Newly built apartment in the seaside resort of Mancaversa, a holiday area adjacent to Gallipoli, with which it shares the coastal stretch south of the town, immediately after the Punta Pizzo beach; the apartment with independent entrance on the ground floor, is organized on 2 levels, with a front / back veranda furnished with garden furniture.
The Violetta apartment is located 800 meters from the center of the marina, just 900 meters from the local beach, called Spiaggia dei Cavalli (natural cove of fine sand, surrounded by a low and flat rocky coastal stretch interspersed with sandy coves). The ground floor has an air-conditioned eat-in kitchen, complete with sofa and TV, full bathroom with shower, air-conditioned double bedroom overlooking a small living room; the basement instead consists of a double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Possibility of two beds in the hallway area. Cot available at no extra charge. Parking space near the apartment. The structure is inserted in a context characterized by villas and small residences, from where you can easily reach the seafront, where there are numerous commercial activities, restaurants and points of interest in the summer.
Mancaversa, given its position in continuity with the coast of Gallipoli, is in great demand both by young people and by families, who love the more secluded dimension compared to the liveliness of Gallipoli, without sacrificing the beauty of its sea and staying just a few minutes from its center. .
This solution is recommended for families and groups, even with 4-legged friends in tow (there is a small supplement for sanitizing the accommodation for the presence of animals).
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
