Villa Torre Dell'alto mare, large tower

Villa Torre Dell'Alto Mare is an estate surrounded by nature, with a unique sea view, which offers hospitality in rooms arranged in two new tower-style buildings and an ancient watchtower which is the suite, with relaxation areas, swimming pool, cervical jet tub, hydromassage tub.
The Torre Grande is a new "watchtower" style construction, divided into two floors: on the mezzanine floor there are 2 air-conditioned and independent triple bedrooms, each complete with bathroom; on the lower floor there are two family rooms, made up of two communicating rooms, with a double bed and 2 single beds with bathroom. Outside, a short distance from the rooms, an area for exclusive use dedicated to the kitchen, in a gazebo, where you can prepare meals, with a large refrigerator, large fridge, hob, oven, coffee machine; a covered outdoor dining area with shade, for exclusive use; a small swimming pool overlooking the sea with sun loungers area (7x3x1.25)
For bookings of up to 6 guests, 3 rooms will be made available.

The areas of the estate allow the presence of groups of guests who will benefit from exclusive spaces and services, or a single group if both the two towers and the suite are booked.
Some shared services in the structure are available to guests such as a washing machine, jogging area with tools, relaxation area, veranda.

Villa Torre Dell'Alto Mare, located in the countryside of Alliste, 12 km south of Gallipoli and about 200 meters above sea level, is part of the chain of watchtowers that the ancient regent had reinforced along the Salento coast to protect the hinterland and its riches from the Saracen threat. Today the Tower is a pearl of this part of Salento, far from chaos and mass tourism, together with the small church of Madonna Dell'Alto Mare and the church of Madonna del Casale, which can be admired a short distance away.
Immersed in the Salento nature, among olive trees and prickly pears, in an area that leaves the Mediterranean scrub uncontaminated, the Torre Dell'Alto Mare wakes up with a bright dawn that embraces the entire coast from Gallipoli to Leuca, and excites with the magnificent sunsets over the sea.

The structure is about 2 km from the sea with low cliffs and 4 km from the sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni.
Air conditioning, First supply of sheets, towels (changes to be requested with extra charge per person) and essentials (soap, water and toilet paper) included in the rate.
With the addition of an extra supplement it is possible to book the breakfast service (croissant/pasticciotto + coffee/cappuccino + juice €4.00 PER PERSON PER DAY).

In the photo book there are photos of the entire structure including the smaller tower and the old watchtower (bookable on request)

It is recommended to leave the hob, utensils and dishes in the outdoor kitchen in order and in excellent condition and throw waste of all sorts in the appropriate bin, under penalty of paying a penalty.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.
