Villa Fiora with wide spaces 150 meters from the sea

Splendid Villa located in Capilungo, marina di Alliste, just 150 meters from an enchanting cliff with easy access to the sea, with a shallow seabed and coves with a clear and sandy bottom in some areas. The villa consists of: large living room with sofa bed for one and a half and color TV, kitchen, four bedrooms, one double, one triple with a single bed and a half and a single bed, one double with queen size bed and another double with two single beds; there are two bathrooms with shower and external shower. Externally it has large spaces both on the front and on the back, equipped with brick barbecue, rocking chair, sofas; it also has numerous parking spaces, air conditioning in all rooms except in the double bedroom, independent laundry. On request it is possible to add an additional cot. At about 150 meters from the house you will find: bus stop that in 10 minutes takes you directly to Gallipoli and its beaches, bars, newsagents, various restaurants. About 6 km away are the first sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni. Pets are welcome (there is a small surcharge for sanitizing the accommodation for the presence of animals). Recommended for families and groups of young people.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
Sheets and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
