Villa Stracca with large outdoor space

Holiday Home Villa Stracca is a wonderful newly renovated semi-detached villa capable of guaranteeing a completely relaxing stay without giving up any comfort, in a strategic position to easily reach all the most famous destinations in Salento, capable of comfortably accommodating up to 14 people . Located in Capilungo, it is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff of easy access where bathing is widely practiced and a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni, and equidistant from the heavenly beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa is made up of two adjacent units, ideal for welcoming two families who want to spend their holidays together but also with a division of space, or for a group of friends:

a large entrance/living room with relaxation area with two double sofa beds (1 double sofa bed and 1/2 square) and a splendid fireplace;
a large living room with dining table and chairs;
a double bedroom;
a double bedroom with bunk bed;
a bedroom with a single bed in a trullo;
a bathroom with shower cubicle;
a covered equipped veranda with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue;
two very comfortable outdoor showers;

an air-conditioned living room, equipped with dining table and chairs, TV, double sofa bed and kitchenette;

a large covered veranda equipped with garden furniture;

Inside the Villa Stracca Holiday Home nothing is left to chance and everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
It also has every comfort, air conditioning, washing machine, parking space, video surveillance system.

From the house it will be easy to reach the sea and also the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (a few minutes by car).

Included in the price are electricity, water and gas, a set of sheets, towels and breakfast for the first three days consisting of coffee, milk, biscuits, rusks, butter, jam, Nutella, croissants and sugar.

Camping cot available for a small supplement of €35 per stay.

Welcome little 4-legged friends. A small supplement of €30 is required for the sanitization of the accommodation.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check ins after 8.30pm and up to 10pm extra cost of €30.00;
- for check ins from 10.00pm to 12.00am extra cost of €50.00;
- for check ins from midnight to 7:00 euros 100.00.

For early check outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of €30.00 is required
