Le dimore della Baronessa

The Baronessa's Residences are an ancient structure dating back to 1470, part of the historic noble palace.
The structure has regained its ancient charm after a careful restoration that restored the ancient floors, Byzantine-era fireplaces, and other stone details.

The Residences are spread over two floors: a ground floor and a first floor, each housing a vacation rental where you can enjoy your stay. Each floor consists of a two-room apartment plus a separate double bedroom, both with separate entrances.

In this listing, we describe only the first floor:

It consists of a double bedroom, a living area with a double sofa bed and a small kitchenette, and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the bedroom just a few steps from the two-room apartment has an en-suite bathroom and is not connected to the two-room apartment; this solution is therefore perfect for a family or a couple of friends who want privacy in the sleeping area.
All rooms have a private bathroom with shower, wardrobe, desk, air conditioning and heating, LCD TV, and mini-fridge.
The apartments are located 50 meters from two restaurants, 600 meters from a supermarket, and a 20-minute drive from the beaches of Gallipoli and Torre San Giovanni.

Small-sized pets are welcome at an additional cost.

Guests have access to a hairdryer, Pocket Wi-Fi, and a washing machine (not available).

Bed linens are included in the cost of the stay; bath linens (towels) are not included but can be booked at an additional cost and with sufficient advance notice.

Essentials included: water, toilet paper, and hand soap.

Check-in time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the specified hours, upon guest's request and prior approval, an additional fee is required:
- For check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required;
- For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00 is required;
- For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00 is required.

For early check-ins, upon guest's request and prior approval, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
For early check-outs in the morning, upon guest's request and prior approval, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
