A spacious villa with gated entrance welcomes you with a private patio, a fully furnished veranda ideal for relaxing and enjoying breakfast outdoors, and a large air-conditioned living room with a fully equipped kitchen – perfect for preparing meals and breakfasts – featuring a large refrigerator. The villa offers 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is located on the basement level, which is bright and airy thanks to a glass door providing natural light and ventilation.

The villa is equipped with a washing machine, Wi-Fi internet connection, a TV in every room, and large wardrobes in each bedroom. On-site parking is available, and there is also an outdoor shower.
The first set of bed linen is included in the booking. Towels are not included but can be rented for an additional fee per person.

The location is close to sandy beaches and all the essentials for a great holiday.
Situated right in the heart of the marina, it’s only 300 meters from the local beach known as Spiaggia dei Cavalli, a natural sandy cove surrounded by a low, flat rocky coastline, interspersed with sandy inlets.
The villa is located in a quiet area of small villas and residences, just a short walk from the seafront promenade, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and many summer attractions.

Mancaversa is highly sought after by both young travelers and families thanks to its proximity to Gallipoli. It offers a more peaceful atmosphere while still being close enough to enjoy the beautiful sea and vibrant city life of Gallipoli, just a few minutes away.

Check-in from 10:00 PM to midnight: €50.00 extra

Check-in from midnight to 7:00 AM: €100.00 extra

Early check-out, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM (upon request and approval): €30.00 extra
