Sheets and bathroom sets not included in the rental cost, can be booked well in advance (at least one week before arrival): € 10.00 per person -> optional bedding set / € 10.00 per person -> bathroom set optional
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out / in, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
