Nice holiday home in the center of Gallipoli very close to all services and the beautiful ancient village.
The apartment for 2 people (plus a child if required) is located on the 4th floor with lift and consists of:
- eat-in kitchen with kitchenette
- living room with sofa and climate
- bedroom with double sofa bed and color TV
- full bathroom with shower

The apartment located a few meters from the sea in the very center allows you to easily reach the historic center of Gallipoli with the enchanting Greek Fountain and the seventeenth-century bridge through the old city.
Among the services we find within walking distance the ATM, bars, restaurants, typical shops, newsstand.
The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

Bed linen and towels not included to be requested at the time of booking with an additional supplement.

Garage to be requested when booking (subject to availability), at a cost of € 50.00 per week. This is a silo car park located at the back in the parallel street, on the 4th floor without a lift.
For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
