A rural dwelling, nestled in an unspoiled natural setting, newly built following the model of an ancient masseria (traditional farmhouse).
It is located inland, just 2 minutes from the historic village of Felline and only 4 km from the sea in the Capilungo area, which features a long stretch of low rocky coastline with clear waters, a scenic seafront promenade, and charming seaside venues.
The house is in a strategic location, between Gallipoli and Leuca, making it an ideal base for exploring the Salento region.

Set between countryside and sea, the house is designed to accommodate four guests: two in the master bedroom and the other two in the open-plan space with a pavilion-style vaulted ceiling, in the living area next to the kitchen.

Outside, adjacent to the main house and next to the pergola, there is a separate and spacious double room (2 beds) with a private and independent entrance. It is available for separate booking or together with the main unit for larger groups (more than 4 guests).

The only shared area with other guests is the rooftop terrace.
The use of the 700 sqm private garden, adjacent to the house and enclosed by a dry stone wall, is reserved exclusively for guests renting the main three-room apartment.
Guests staying in the Double Room do not have access to the garden or barbecue area but may use the terrace and the outdoor area next to their room.

The first supply of bed linen and towels is included. Free Wi-Fi, private parking, and private entrance are available.

Check-out time: from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated hours, upon request and subject to approval, an additional fee applies:

Check-in from 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM: €30.00

Check-in from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €50.00

Check-in from 12:00 AM to 7:00 AM: €100.00

Early check-out, upon request and approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM: €30.00
