Apartment in a splendid penthouse with sea view terrace, on the fourth floor, each room is equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, private bathroom.
The rooms are distributed as follows, 2 doubles, one triple, one quadruple; possibility of extra bed. Two of the bedrooms also have a small sink and a small base for having meals.
The rooms boast a large terrace of 300 square meters, overlooking the sea, which all the other rooms have access to, with gazebo, barbecue, table, deck chairs, relaxation lounge.
At guests' disposal, on the terrace, there is a cooking area with coffee machine, induction hob, toaster, kettle, plates, cups, crockery, utensils, oven and small oven ideal for heating; there are also clotheshorses.
The geographical position of the penthouse is unique, near Corso Roma, the main street of Gallipoli, overlooked by hotels, bars and the main shops of the city, at the end of the course a bridge connects the modern part to the historic centre; from the attic it is easy to reach the sea with a walk or by bike.
The apartment is accessible up to the 3rd floor by lift, stairs available to reach the 4th floor.

Ideal solution for couples even in the company of a small 4-legged friend, supplement for sanitization is foreseen.

The consumption of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to a reasonable limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on site, as per meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)
First supply of bed linen included in the price; extra sheets and bathroom set not included in the rental cost, bookable well in advance.
Self-managed breakfast service available on request / booking (directly in your holiday home everything that is needed for a perfect breakfast!) with a daily cost per person.

For check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm, an extra cost of €30.00;
- for check-ins from 10.00 pm to 12.00 am an extra cost of 50.00 euros;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
