Cozy first-floor home just steps from the Gallipoli seafront, in a well-served area, close to shops, supermarkets, and tobacconists, all within easy walking distance.
The apartment features a vestibule that leads to the main entrance, which leads to the first spacious and bright bedroom, sleeping four, with a TV and air conditioning.
Continuing along the corridor, on the right, is the kitchen equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine, which leads to a veranda ideal for al fresco dining.
At the end of the corridor is a double bedroom with a TV, air conditioning, and a private outdoor veranda, as well as a full bathroom with shower.
Bed linens and bathroom amenities are not included in the rental fee. They can be booked well in advance and for an additional fee.

Private garage included in the price.

Only small pets are allowed.

Check-in time: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the indicated times, upon guest's request and subject to approval, an additional fee is required:

- For check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required;
- For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00 is required;
- For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, €100.00 is required.

For early check-outs, upon guest's request and subject to approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
