The property comprises three independent apartments, each with a shared main entrance.

The first two-room apartment offers welcoming and functional spaces: it comprises a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and a bathroom with a shower.
Air conditioning is available in the living room and bedroom.

Guests have access to a washing machine (shared with all apartments), a hairdryer, an iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi, and a veranda with a table and chairs.

Free street parking.

Sheets and bath amenities are not included in the rental fee; they can be booked well in advance and for an additional fee.

Electricity, water, gas, air conditioning, and essentials (soap, water, and toilet paper) are included in the price.

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the specified hours, upon guest's request and prior approval, an additional fee is required: -

For check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra charge of €30.00 is required; -

For check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra charge of €50.00 is required; -

For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra charge of €100.00 is required.

For early check-outs, upon guest's request and prior approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra charge of €30.00 is required.
