Beautiful villa, totally fenced, unique for privacy and comfort in Gallipoli, about 850 meters from the beaches that precede Baia Verde, where the pedestrian area dedicated to bathers begins; the villa consists of a central nucleus, with 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one in the bedroom and the other with whirlpool, kitchen, large dining room with sofa and color TV and living room with double sofa bed; a smaller apartment is located at the rear of the villa, equipped with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a double bedroom. The structure has a garden, shielding from tall trees, and relaxation areas, with shaded areas, outdoor oven, ideal for families with children (due to the proximity to the beaches) and for groups of friends. To reach the center of Baia Verde or the center of Gallipoli it is necessary to have a car.

NOTE: the 2-bed apartment (rear) is made available only for bookings of more than 8 people

The consumptions of water and gas are included; given the energy emergency, electricity consumption is included up to an appropriate limit, beyond which payment of the difference is required on the spot, as per the meter reading (reading will be provided at check in and check out)

Check out time: from 8 to 11

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the customer's request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check in after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm an extra cost of € 30.00;
- for check in from 22:00 to 0:00 an extra cost of € 50.00;
- for check in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check out, at the request of the customer and after acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
