The apartment in Torre San Giovanni, Marina di Ugento, is a cozy apartment just 700 meters from the sandy beach and 150 meters from the low cliffs.

The apartment is located on the first floor, while the master apartment with a shared entrance is on the ground floor.

It features a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The living room has a comfortable queen-size sofa bed to accommodate a fifth guest, and the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, an oven, microwave, and a TV.

The bathroom includes a shower.

Ceiling fans in every room complete the apartment, while air conditioning is located in the hallway separating the kitchen from the bedrooms.

Free parking is available outside the property.

Outside, there is a furnished veranda with a table and chairs.

Nearby, you'll find Lido Pazze, a well-equipped beach club, while the charming towns of Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca are easily accessible by car, offering the opportunity to explore and discover the beauty of Salento's Ionian coast.

Sheets and towels are not included in the rental fee, but can be booked well in advance.

Pets are welcome; a small €30 fee is required for sanitizing the apartment.

Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM

For check-ins and check-outs outside of the indicated times, upon request and subject to acceptance, an additional fee is required:
- for check-ins after 8:30 PM and until 10:00 PM, an extra charge of €30.00;
- for check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra charge of €50.00;
- For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, €100.00.
Early check-outs, upon request and prior approval, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, are subject to an additional charge of €30.00.
