- for check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required;
- for check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00 is required;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00 is required.

For early check-outs, upon guest's request and prior approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
