The apartment can be reached by stairs or lift. The garage, bookable with a supplement of €100 per week, with 2 parking spaces, is located in a nearby residence, just 20m away. For check-in and check-out outside the indicated time slot, upon customer request, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 8.30 pm and up to 10 pm, an extra cost of €30.00;
- for check-ins from 10.00 pm to 12.00 am an extra cost of 50.00 euros;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.

For early check-outs, upon customer request and upon acceptance, from 6 to 8 an extra cost of € 30.00 is required
