The apartment consists of two bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom and a bright twin bedroom, a sofa bed, and a fold-out bed, ideal for families or small groups.

All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort at all times of the day. There are two modern bathrooms, each complete with a shower.

The property also includes a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, perfect for relaxing outdoors, enjoying breakfast in the sun, or dining on cool summer evenings.

Cleaning products, a hairdryer, an iron, and an ironing board are available for guests.

There is no washing machine.

Free street parking.

Pets are welcome (a small fee applies for sanitizing the apartment for pets).

Check-out time: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM
For check-ins and check-outs outside of the indicated hours, upon guest's request and prior approval, an additional fee is required:
- for check-ins after 8:00 PM and until 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required;
- for check-ins from 10:00 PM to midnight, an extra fee of €50.00 is required;
- for check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00 is required.
For early check-outs, upon guest's request and prior approval, between 6:00 AM and 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 is required.
