Apartment Conca d’Oro No. 2 is located in Marina di Mancaversa, a few kilometers from Gallipoli, and is part of a semi-detached villa on two levels.

The apartment is on the lower ground floor and offers a large living room with dining table and chairs, TV, and a comfortable seating area with sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals.
The sleeping area includes one air-conditioned double bedroom and one air-conditioned twin bedroom. There is also a bathroom with shower box.

The apartment has a furnished veranda with outdoor furniture and safety gates, ideal also for guests traveling with small pets.
Available for guests: washing machine, gas barbecue, pod coffee machine, Wi-Fi connection, and private parking space.
All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The sea is easy to reach and only 100 meters away. The equipped beaches of Gallipoli can be reached in just a few minutes on foot or by bicycle.

Many shops and services are close to the apartment and can be reached on foot, such as bars, newsstand, bus stop, gas station, typical restaurants, and more.

Nearby you can also find famous seaside areas such as Baia Verde and Punta della Suina, both easily reachable by car. The apartment is well connected to other popular Salento destinations, including Santa Maria di Leuca, Otranto, and Lecce, rich in culture and tourist attractions.

Nature lovers can enjoy walking or cycling excursions in the surrounding area, discovering the Salento countryside, dry-stone walls, and centuries-old olive trees.

Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented at an extra cost.
