Conca D’Oro Apartment n. 1 is located in Mancaversa, a few kilometers from Gallipoli, and is part of a semi-detached villa on two levels.
The apartment is on the raised ground floor and features a large living room with dining table and chairs, TV, and a comfortable sofa area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything needed to prepare meals.

The apartment has one air-conditioned double bedroom and one air-conditioned twin bedroom, plus a full bathroom with shower box.

Outside, there is a furnished veranda with outdoor furniture and small gates, ideal for guests traveling with pets.

The location allows easy access to the sea, about 200 meters away, and to the equipped beaches of Gallipoli, reachable in a few minutes on foot or by bicycle. The nearest beach is Lido Pizzo.
